 About JR Rodriguez
JR Rodriguez, Founder and CEO of Ace Valve Supply, was raised in San Antonio, Texas, and graduated from the University of Texas at San Antonio in May 2014 with a degree in Business Management.

With more than 12 years of experience in the industrial supply and oil and gas sectors, JR has built his career through a wide range of roles across distribution, strategic sourcing, and manufacturing. He spent 8.5 years with two major industrial distribution companies, where he held positions including Supply Chain Management Intern, Quotation Specialist, Valve Actuator Specialist, Capital Projects Inside Sales, and Technical Inside Sales.

JR later served as a Senior Strategic Buyer for a major operator for 2.5 years, where he was responsible for sourcing everything from everyday MRO materials and stud bolts to large engineered equipment. Most recently, he worked for a major valve manufacturer as a Supply Chain Manager, further strengthening his experience in operations, procurement, and customer support.

Ace Valve Supply is a family-founded company built on the belief that customer service still matters. JR launched the company to provide responsive support, technical guidance, and a problem-solving approach that helps customers keep their projects moving.
